  4. 2017 - 2018 Results General Fund distribution of $32K to Sport Programs Distribution of $41K Overall for 17- 18 Sport-specific assistance to Baseball , Softball, Swim & Track Awarded nine (9) college scholarships ($500 - $1,000) Assisted in sport specific fundraisers/donations raising $77k Increased school spirit via promotional items & tailgate Utilized social media to promote athletes, teams & sponsors THANK YOU JEFF COX, President 2017-18 UPDATE

  8. All sports have received Balance & Transaction Detail (thru 8/31/18) Activity Reports shared each month Expenditure Confirmation to Coach & SC Deposits (need form with cash/checks) Check/Reimbursement Requests Front Porch Drop Offs for Convenience MONEY: Billy

Reimbursement & Approval (Current) All disbursements of funds or payments deviating from the budget and funding proposal for the General Fund require the following approvals: Less than $1000 requires approval of the Treasurer, Athletic Director and either the President or Vice President. Greater than one thousand dollars ($1000) requires the approval of the Executive Board with two-thirds vote. This vote can be obtained via email when necessary. All team specific disbursements or payments are at the discretion of that specific sports coordinator and coach. All check requests for these expenditures must be signed by both the Head Coach of the sport and the Sports Coordinator. Any expenditure over $1,000 must be approved by the Athletic Director. Any sport-specific disbursements or payments require the approval and signature of the sport s Head Coach, Sports Coordinator, and Treasurer.
