COMMERCIAL LANDSCAPING It s unclear how the market will react to changes in fuel legislation and the phytosanitary certification requirements for plant imports at the moment. The market is certainly still volatile as we come out the COVID period. Presented by Pro Landscaper Magazine

DESIGN AND BUILD There is a gradual slowing down of enquiries which I think is due to the COVID lifestyle becoming less prevalent, and the return to work. There is circulating concern about rising prices and how that is going to affect future demand. Presented by Pro Landscaper Magazine

GARDEN DESIGN Prices are rocketing, and there are poor quality candidates on the employment market. Interest remains strong, despite the increasing costs. My niche is creating new gardens out of old ones in ecological and sustainable ways, so I use minimal excessive new material and experience lower machine costs etc. So, this approach should work well going forward in current times. The situation in Ukraine has had an impact on confidence. We noticed a drop off in conversion rates during the end of February and early March. Presented by Pro Landscaper Magazine

NURSERIES Very buoyant sales market, record invoiced sales, and highest ever order book value. However, production, utility, and transport costs have increased by eye watering amounts. Our prices will have to rise! Trade is good, but real momentum yet this spring. The weather has not been great for us at all. Presented by Pro Landscaper Magazine
