Bank Level RTI Handling Present System First Appellate Authorities- 101 Central Public Information Officers (CPIO) - 1299 Central Assistant Public Information Officers(CAPIO) - 14491
Bank Level RTI Handling RTI QM & TS The Salient Features As soon as a request is entered in the system, the system immediately alerts the CPIO through SMS and e-mail. If the request is pending for more than 20 days system again alerts the CPIO and controller of CPIO through SMS and email. SMS/ E mail Notification Internal Transfer Applications can be transferred to other CPIO through software which saves communication time and provide more time for resolution. Forwarding Letters generation Replies to the applicants Additional fee claims letter calling for information from holders of information i.e. deemed CPIOs Internal / External Transfer etc. The pending positions of applications and queries can be viewed and generated by a CPIO at any point of time. The pending position and movement of applications can be tracked online at Circle and Corporate Centre level Application & Query Tracking
Bank Level RTI Handling RTI QM & TS First Appellate Authority (FAA) can track the application and information given by CPIO through system and the appeal can be linked to the concerned application. Orders of FAAs can be generated through the system. Appeal Registration and Order Periodical returns for CIC can be generated through the system. CIC Returns There is also a provision of dashboard in the software from which CGMs/GMs of the Circle will be able to get an overview of the various activities in RTI matters. Dashboard
Feed Back & Success Story Earlier the public at large was seeking information on the scores obtained by them in various examinations conducted by this public authority through the Right to Information Act. The policy has since been made to disclose online, the scores / marks secured by the candidates in direct recruitment examinations of this public authority. The candidates can view their scores on our website after submitting their personal details.
