  1. Mapping Acitivities Spatial Relation Exercise | Carlos Pozo

  2. Centrality Analyses Findings: 1. The hall is a place with a high betweenness centrality and therefore high activity is visualized. 2. Working and relaxig are in places with a high closeness centrality. So, it seems people tend to work and relax themselves in places where they can be easily seen. Metric Betweenness 3. We can see that the most distant spaces of the apartments are near to the exterior walls and windows. In the less distant spaces is were the important furniture is located which creates coherence with the use of the space Visual Closeness High Low Metric Closeness Spatial Relation Exercise | Carlos Pozo

  3. Visual and Metric Distances from the entrance Findings: 1. The apartment is designed in such a way that the hall fully covers all the rooms if the doors are closed. However, if you open the doors you can see small parts of the rooms. Hygiene, working, and sleeping have a high value of privacy. High 2. The metric distance from the entrance indicates that the kitchen and the bathroom are more accessible in terms of distance Low Distance from Entrance Visual Step Depth from Entrance Spatial Relation Exercise | Carlos Pozo

  4. Spatial Relations between different activities Talking Entrance Eating Sleeping Relaxing Working Reading Hygiene Special Case: The entrance also has a greater distance compared to the rest of the activities and the only activity that takes place in the hall is talking. Overall Finding: Talking, eating, sleeping are activities that are closer to each other (0 - 3m), whereas the activities hygiene, relaxing do exhibit a higher distance (>5m). This is caused because those activies are executed in the bathroom and some windows.
