ECONOMICAL IMPACTS Niti Ayog Says it will cost 125000 Crores Experts Says the estimate is caluculated before 2 years. it will take more than 15 years to complete the entire project and then it will cost like 300000 Crores Kerala is already in 300000 Crores debt (April 2022). So it will adversely affect the entire financial plan of the state.
