Mentor development through further engagement in ITT practice * Staff recruitment, not just trainees!

Don't underestimate how long the inspection is from the initial phone call until final feedback - and the number of meetings Have arrangements in place for covering other areas of work during the inspection Don t do anything for Ofsted . Don t compare your inspection with others. Turn down the social media volume #edutwitter.
