How to Update the VHASS Diversion, Clinical, and Blood Availability Boards 5 Steps (Should take no more than 2 minutes)
Go to: www.VHHA-MCI.org Enter a vaild username Enter a valid password Click Emergency Operations Page Contact the RHCC for assistance: 1-800-276-0683
Click to Update Status Select Diversion Status & Click Update
Click Clinical tab. Update Emergency Dept MCI Capabilities NOTE: This is the number of patients for each Triage Category that could be handled in the ED within the next 30 min. The RHCC may request updates to this category every 30 mins for the duration of the MCI. Click Update Clinical Status
Click Blood Availability tab. Update fields with on- hand RBC and Plasma. Click Update Blood Availability Status
