Projects Core Infrastructure Smart Water Principal Consultant will appoint an Infrastructure Consultant for WS and SEW sectors. RFP to be published in December 1stweek. Sanitation In progress Integrated SWM - C&T Bids on PPP Basis already called by SMC Dumping site restoration Waste Water Recycling : DPR Prepared Smart Railway Station : Initial meeting with DRM held. Railways to initiate detailed design. Design Projects : RFP to be published in November 2016.
Visible, Feel, Experience Projects Rejuvenation of Green Spaces : City level open and green spaces strategy will be prepared by a design consultant. A DPR for one green space in the ABD area is already prepared Rejuvenation of Siddeshwar Lake : Design of the Siddeshwar lake precinct to be prepare by the design consultant Smart Road Network : Re-designing of road spaces along with barrier free walkable spaces and urban design interventions to be implemented in ABD area Detailed design to be prepared by the Design Consultant . A RFP for a pilot project on Smart Road launched for a 1.7 km stretch. Smart Integrated Command & Control Center To be initiated
Projects Smart Solutions Project Institutionalizing Service Level Benchmarking Status : Work for preparation of existing process documentation initiated by the principal consultant.

Convergence GOI, State, Others Ministry of Railways 1 (re-development of railway station) Cost of project ~Rs. 200 Crores We have requested DRM to prepare a comprehensive proposal for re- development of Solapur Railway Station Ministry of Power 3 Project 1 Waste Water Recycling plant for NTP) Cost of Project - ~Rs. 250 Crore Project 2 Underground cabling under IPDS Cost of Project - ~ Rs. 72 Crores Project 3 Solar energy generation Cost of Project - ~ Rs. 29 Crores Ministry of Roads and Surface Transport - 1 Project 1 Flyover from Old Pune Naka till Saat Rasta. To be implemented by NHAI Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Allievation Project : In-situ re-development of slums. Beneficiary list being prepared for slums in the ABD Area.
Project Modules, Packages prepared All projects (ABD and Pan City) are in three buckets Bucket 1 Technical Infrastructure Projects Bucket 2 Design Projects Bucket 3 IT Projects One consultant would be appointed for each bucket to minimize the number of consultant. Principal Consultant will implement the Pan City Solution.
