7. UNESCO convention of intagible cultural heritage 2003 On 16 March 2016, the Warmian dialect was recognised as a carrier of intangible cultural heritage as per Article 2.2.a of the Convention. The intangible cultural heritage is manifested in the following domains (Art. 2.2): a. oral traditions and expressions, b. performing arts, c. social practices, rituals and festive events, d. knowledge and practices concerning nature and the universe, e. traditional craftsmanship.
