They are all 2 syllables. Use your phase 3 sounds to help you.
Now can you add the sound buttons for each word? Sound buttons

Can you write a simple sentence using each of these words.
Remember to include finger spaces and full stops!
Activity 2
Say a word and your child should demonstrate the syllables. They
could clap, jump, hop etc for each syllable. Role reversal. Explore
words with 3 syllables. Can they tell you a sentence with this word?
 
Activity 3
Read the sentences below independently and draw a picture to
match.
Talk about the syllables in the word and what the word means.
Can you write the sentence underneath your picture?

It is cold and raining.

I will go to bed tonight.
