Druid Hills Child Development Center (DHCDC) is dedicated to fostering the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children to help them reach their full potential. Operating as a non-profit organization, DHCDC is led by a volunteer Board of Directors. The center values quality education through hands-on learning experiences and partners with families to support children's growth. Parent involvement is encouraged through the Parent Council, which focuses on fundraising and teacher appreciation. To address turnover in early education, DHCDC offers competitive benefits and professional development opportunities. A new leadership structure has been implemented to enhance support for both parents and staff.
