Certification Requires Professional Development ASEPs and CSEPs must participate in ongoing learning activities ESEPs must demonstrate a history of professional education and contributions Qualifying activities for both include leadership roles in technical societies, work as lead systems engineer, attending or teaching graduate courses, and volunteer work in STEM activities 5 Organizations Benefit from Certification
