Stronger Friendships and Teamwork: A good attitude makes it easier for others to like and trust you, whether it s friends, teachers, or teammates. Fewer Arguments: Staying positive helps you avoid drama and handle disagreements without making them worse.

Team Player: Employers like people who lift others up and make work enjoyable for everyone.
