needs.
New Routes PSP

The PSP application described the main aim of
this service in five stages,
as follows:

Stage 2: Assess, Plan & Prepare
Stage 3: Support & Divert
Stage 4: Sustain & Progress
Stage 5: Next Steps Planning & Aftercare

A New Routes CRM has been designed to collect
data on the assessed needs of each individual
customer, the activities they participate in and the
outcomes achieved.
This will allow for a full analysis of the proportion of
service users who are making progress against their
assessed criminogenic needs and have the potential
to allow for benchmarks and targets to be set in the
future around these.
