Printable Comfort Cards
 
As we continue our staggered return to the office, we’d like to highlight a new resource to help employees
communicate their unique preferences during this time: 
Comfort Cards.
 
Our new comfort cards are available online in the 
Working Together Safely Guide
. The cards are easy to download,
print and display at the front of your personal workspace. These cards are designed to help you personalize your
transition back to the office by selecting the card that best suits your preference for interacting with others at this
time.

Simply download, print and post the card in your
workspace when you return to the office.
 
There are two comfort cards to choose from:

We understand that the removal of some restrictions and the transition back to your traditional workspace may bring a
variety of feelings.
 
If you need support during the return to office process, please reach out to your supervisor and your Health and Safety
Advisor. You can also take advantage of several employee support tools available, including:

The Dialogue app - available for download on your personal phone at dialogue.co

Introducing the Calm app as our newest employee benefit!

To aid employees with the return to office, we are excited to introduce the
Calm app as our newest employee benefit! All employees will have 
free
access to the Calm app for a year.
 
Use the Calm app to:
Improve sleep quality
Reduce stress or anxiety
Improve focus
Focus on self-improvement
 
New users must complete this sign up process on a web or mobile browser,
