Playgrounds are fit for purpose and safe. 4. Parks car park/access way are well maintained. 5. Walkways are well maintained. 6. Sports fields are fit for purpose e.g. adequate changing rooms, parking, drainage, and toilets. 7. Gardens are focused in key locations (town centres, key facilities and town entrances). 8. Communities work in partnership with Council to develop their public places.
