  5. Courses in College Lots of Math courses Calculus, Statistics, Linear Algebra, Probability Data Structures and Algorithms Product Design May require Physics, Chemistry, Biology courses Cloud and Network Certifications always help More intense Math workload than in other majors 5

  6. Questions to ask yourself Are you prepared to work evenings and weekends? Are you prepared to work in an office environment? Are you prepared to work in a large company, or would you prefer a startup? Are you prepared to work for FAANG (now called MAANA)? Are you prepared to diversify your skills to adapt to a changing software landscape? 6

  7. My advice Investigate industries that need Computer Science graduates find an industry that you would want to work in Find a pathway that gives you the most satisfaction Don t forget to ask for help when you need it Good Luck! 7
