Provision of Health Care Did you have an Annual Health Check with a doctor? Do you have a health care plan?
What did we learn? What did we learn? The worst thing about it was not being able to go home and see my family. Good to have staff around us to help us out Not going out and seeing family and not going to day services Having the vaccine Locked in, not seeing friends not going to club Staff helped and explained what was going on and I understood the situation and what was going on I was taught how to knit Zoom film nights and discos Staff help us out to get tests done Staff helped and explained what was going on and I understood the situation and what was going on Locked in, not seeing friends not going to club Cooking The best thing is we ve got loads of staff here and doing games I hate social distancing
What did we learn? What did we learn? It was good, it was a normal health check with the GP. Once it s completed, we will get a copy, it s done on the computer and printed off Health check done over the phone not sure how long they lasted not sure what was asked. Long time ago not sure if went to GP Do have a plan, I just have got one It s a plan about people that we want in our lives and people we don t want in our lives Would have been better to see the Doctor. I think it s in my folder I had my health check. It was alright I think. I spoke but didn t quite understand on the phone

Where next? Where next? Empower to take control of their health and wellbeing: training and education for support workers create an understanding of the challenges of accessing health care. Move away of lots of paperwork simple and easy: accessible technology Include: What do I want? How wo do I become more independent?
