Early help assessment for each family
Aim to reduce BMI at 12 month period

The Healthy Weight Team started in 2018 with 3 members of staff – a dietitian and 2 nurses

As you can see we now have a dietitian 6 nurses, a healthy weight co-ordinator and assistant.
