Guidelines for planning a packed lunch: Guidelines for planning a packed lunch: What do you have to consider when planning a packed lunch? Why would you consider the following: Time? Travel and storage? Nutrition? Likes and dislikes? Can you write a set of 4 guidelines for planning a packed lunch, you could base each guideline on each the above points
Foods suitable for a packed lunch: Foods suitable for a packed lunch: 1. Make a list of foods suitable to be included in a packed lunch. 2. Draw a blank diagram of the Food Pyramid. Add in the foods you have listed on the relevant shelves. 3. Design a menu for a packed lunch. Include at least one food from each of the bottom four shelves of the Food Pyramid.
