Project Overview Project Spanned 2014 (maybe earlier) - 2017 Over 1,400 posts to G3INSTLEADS-L listserv 1,189 Basecamp Discussion Threads (thousands of posts) 21 Vanguard Lead Meetings (2 hours each) 26 Institutional Lead Meetings /Trainings (2 hours each) Hours of Voyager Data Cleanup 2 Day Onsite Project Management Training 3 Day Alma Onsite Functional Training 25 hours of Alma Certification Training online - Over 60 folks have receive Alma Certification Over 30 hours of Alma/Primo Online Training 10 Functional Webinars Over 21 million bib records processed during migration cutover 5.7 million bib records contributed to the Network Zone 12.6 million bib records matched/linked to the NZ 2.9 million bib records added to the Institutional Zones

New Position Requests Reporting Coordinator Status Status: : GIL is restructuring a support position to assume the duties of the Reporting Coordinator for FY2018 forward. Details TBD Presented by: Jason Battles
New Position Requests Authorities Coordinator Status: Status: UGA, Valdosta, and Georgia Southern will coordinate authorities efforts on an interim basis for FY2018 with Guy Frost (Valdosta) and Shelley Rogers (West GA) on point. This coordination will be reevaluated to determine ongoing need. Depending on the result, RACL may be presented with funding request for FY2019 forward.
New Position Requests Shared Catalog Coordinator Status Status: : UGA, Valdosta, and Georgia Southern will coordinate shared cataloging efforts on an interim basis with Debra Skinner (Valdosta) and Julie Darken (UGA) on point until a Coordinator is hired. USG/UGA are partnering to fund the Catalog Coordinator position with plans to post this summer. After evaluation, RACL will be presented with funding request for FY2019 forward.

Teams/Committees RACL has asked the teams to do the following tasks during the GUGM 2017 Caucus (the 2:20pm time slot during the conference): All team members to review previous GIL Functional Team charges and recommend changes as necessary Team recommends a chair (and vice-chair) to RACL for FY2018 Team determines new members for FY2018 (finalize before Fall)
Major Known Issues 1. process 2. GSU, CCGA physical to electronic (P2E) conversion issues fix in Primo display issues contributed to: a. Inadequate deduplication rules team created to address b. New fields set to display without full understanding of required parameters or time to test - (examples = 246 titles and 130 uniform titles) c. Electronic/physical version issues and holdings display issues for some titles Alma catalog incremental harvesting for EDS Issues with GIL Express migrated items (workaround available/new GIL Express transactions appear functional) 3. 4.
