  3. Setting LOCATION-SOUTHWEST HARBOR, MAINE IN A 2 FAMILY HOUSE BY THE BEACH TIME-TOOK PLACE IN PRESENT TIME

  4. Summary Fudge s family goes on vacation to Maine with the Tubman family. Pete is upset because finds out that the Tubman family will stay in the same house. Pete invites his friend, Jimmy to stay with him on vacation. Jimmy doesn t like Sheila either. Pete gets even madder at Sheila because she let Uncle Feathers out of the cage and then she opened the window and that it fly away Fudge s mom pays Sheila $7 a day to watch Fudge, Pete s younger brother. Jimmy, Pete and Sheila become friends when they go sailing in stormy weather and get scared. Pete s grandmother and Sheila s granddad get married so Pete and Sheila are related.

  6. RECOMMENDATION I like the book because it was funny. The book told how to families get along on vacation. I recommend this book to all the fourth graders who like funny books. Also I recommend this book to kids who don t like someone in their class so it can give you tips on how to get along with them.
