Policy development was spearheaded by FDB s application for accreditation with the Green Climate Fund (GCF), which occurred in April 2019. This heightened focus on GESI in our internal operations as well as through the services that we offer is a timely reminder to us that to contribute to Fiji attaining sustainable development, the Fiji Development Bank must re-emphasis sustainable financing. What this means, is simply to reiterate, re-emphasise the environmental & social safeguards including gender equity in our internal operation and the services that we provide. FIJI DEVELOPMENT BANK
