British Values What are values? Conduct an internet search... Pick an answer, any answer. For example: Plural: beliefs about what is right and wrong and what is important in life (Oxford Dictionary) Also they are thought of as: principles, or standards of behaviour (Lexico.com) Does it matter? Proposition: Our beliefs and principles shape our individual and shared values. These affect the way we think, the ideas we have and the behaviours and actions that follow. Individual and shared values can drive the outcomes in our lives, careers and across the groups we connect to.
