Exploring significant EU law cases such as Factortame, Knoors, and Krauss that have shaped the concept of freedom of establishment and competition within the European Union. Key principles include allowing Union nationals to participate in economic activities across Member States, challenges to national measures hindering fundamental freedoms, and criteria for establishing cross-border elements. These cases highlight the importance of upholding principles of non-discrimination and enabling stable and continuous participation in the economic life of different Member States.
