  3. HOW TO GET THERE Knowing how to get to the spa location is a very important part of the presentation as the clients will not want to be stressed out before arrival due to poor directions. If there is transport options such as train, bus, highway, or airport shuttle make sure it is mentioned.

  4. TECHNIQUES AND TREATMENTS This is what people are going to the spa for and are going to want a clear list with good descriptions about what options are available to them. If the facility specializes in a certain type of treatment make sure it is well known and given with good descriptions that can help clients feel at ease.

  5. FACILITIES The quality and luxury of the spa is dependent on the facilities. This will be a selling point of any spa as letting clients know about the great facilities you have to offer including the treatment rooms but also any hotels or accommodations.

  6. OTHER ACTIVITIES The well-being and leisure of clients go together so it is important to inform clients about any activities that are available either by the spa or activities well known to the area near the retreat. Examples could include mountain hikes, horseback riding or possibly skiing if the resort is placed in areas with these available.

  7. B. HOW TO MAKE YOUR PRESENTATION SUCCESSFUL B1. Well Structured B2. Visually Appealing B3. Well Written

  8. WELL STRUCTURED Give the information in an ordered and clear way so that the clients and public do not get confused. Setting up presentations in an organized way will help with keeping it well structured.

  9. VISUALLY APPEALING Pictures of the facilities, treatments, and techniques should be chosen to highlight the beauty of the facilities and the relaxation of the procedures.

  10. WELL WRITTEN This is important because it will give clients the idea you are knowledgeable about both the facilities and the procedures in addition to the wellness sector. You want to make yourself sound as the expert on the subject and be able to answer any questions.

  11. C. USE OF LANGUAGE C1. Introduction C2. Body Language C3.Transitioning Sections C4. Use of Vocabulary C5. Closing and Conclusion

  12. INTRODUCTION You should welcome the audience by introducing yourself and the company you are representing. It is very important to help the audience feel more comfortable with the speaker. It is difficult giving a presentation in a different language but by having a proper introduction it will help your confidence through the rest of the presentation.

  13. BODY LANGUAGE Good use of body language will help you to connect with the audience better. Proper posture and eye contact with different people throughout the room will help you look and feel more confident. Try not to read from the board in excess and attempt to stay facing the audience to keep them engaged as much as possible.

  14. TRANSITIONING To start a presentation use words such as let's start by looking at or I d like to start by looking at . Closing a section of the presentation you could use something like that s an overview of or that concludes (title of section) Starting a new section use phrases like now let s move on to , now lets take a look at , or similar moving on to the next section, let s take a look at .

  15. USE OF VOCABULARY If you are going to be using treatment and therapeutic vocabulary during the presentation be sure that you are able to define them confidently if and when there are questions about them. This is necessary particularly if trying to sell to new clients, some of whom may have never been to a spa and could have concerns.

  16. CLOSING Having as good of a closing as the introduction will help the audience to remember your presentation over others. Use phrasing like that brings us to the conclusion, now I d like to summarize then bring up the main points again briefly. You should try to make them feel welcomed again as it should sound inviting and genuine that you believe in the spa and treatments they have to offer.
