  2. Provisional Timetable: Taking in account two important issues that are: Erasmus accreditation: deadline: 29 October http://www.erasmusplus.it/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/ErasmusAccreditationV4-HD-CR_print.pdf Uncertainty due to the covid 19 spread, a rough scheduling of the next activities could be the following: Initial schedule, up to June 2020

  3. 2.Learning how Math City Map works https://mathcitymap.eu/en/ Title Link Description Duration In this lecture Matthias Ludwig ,Professor at Goethe-University Frankfurt , explains the basics of Outdoor Learning and Mathematical Modeling. After a presentation of the Math Trail Idea, Matthias presents the MathCityMap System. 1.Outdoor Learning with MathCityMap https://www.youtube.com/ watch?v=goCbAU8p7Nw &feature=youtu.be 24:06 Learn about the main layout changes of the new MCM webportal. This is a good video to start using MathCityMap to create your own mathtrails 2.Introduction to the new MCM web portal https://www.youtube.com/ watch?v=0WdinNdZlD8&li st=PLF12Mn3mI07NUiCv vFD44_KlXCCT3JOQ2&i ndex=1 3:47 Learn how to create tasks in MathCityMap using the default task form or the quick draft form. 3.How to create tasks and task drafts in MCM https://www.youtube.com/ watch?v=2jL2Dal_GL8&li st=PLF12Mn3mI07NUiCv vFD44_KlXCCT3JOQ2&i 11:34

  4. 3. Project logo Just an idea: as the five-pointed star is strongly related to some of the Maths concepts we are facing (Golden ratio, infinity, ricursion), we could take this shape as a model. Each country chose his logo to be put in one of the five golden triangles. Finally, in the pentagon, we could insert the MCM logo.

  5. 4.Project promotion In each country, the partners will promote the project by their own through multi-media, social media, websites, events, videos, conferencing, open days...(why the project is worthy, how to implement it, and what results can be achieved.) The materials of these activities (photos, video, leaflets,,,) must be shared with the partners and uploaded in the Twinspace

  6. 5.Publication and preparing of the students surveys done by all partners, as well as evaluations of each mobility IISS Majorana of Brindisi is in charge of preparing the surveys (rough copy) both for the teachers (MCM portal, Twinspace and etwinning platform, Erasmus Plus programme, Communication in English Language, Internationalization of their schools) and the students (Key competences, English language skills, European awareness, attitude through Maths and Art). After the feedbacks (and the necessary changes) and the approval of the other partners, the survey will be released and carry out in each country. The results will be collected, processed and uploaded on the Twinspace

  7. 6.Organization of the Erasmus days https://www.erasmusdays.eu/ in each school #ERASMUSDAYS 2020 #ERASMUSDAYS 2020 : SHARE YOUR ERASMUS+ EXPERIENCE Vous tes en Erasmus ou avez d j b n fici du programme ? - Racontez-nous votre exp rience avec #ErasmusDays et identifiez vos meilleures rencontres ! ? You are currently living your Erasmus life abroad or you have been an Erasmus beneficiary a few years ago : don t forget to share your experience by using the #Erasmusdays hashtag on the social networks : Facebook, Twitter, Instagram

  8. Individual tasks: who does what 1. project website creation (it is quite simple with Google Sites)- what do you think about it? A well-done Twinspace could be enough? Communication tools and social media (FB/Twitter/Instagram) TwinSpace (who takes care of the platform, organises the logical structure of the pages and checks if all the materials have been uploaded, ecc..)- IISS Majorana open a gmail account to be able to store the documents/materials that are not always useful on TwinSpace, collect project documents, manage the Google apps (Docs, Gmail, PPT, ecc)- IISS Majorana 2. 3. 4.

  9. BTW, we got 100 over 100 on the project assessment! Well begun is half done!
