Supporting underrepresented students in building confidence and aspirations for studying abroad through the innovative D3 Programme. Addressing barriers like lack of confidence, financial constraints, and cultural concerns, the program aims to provide mentorship, international learning experiences, fun activities, and practical support. Benefits include happier, more informed students and universities taking concrete steps towards diversity goals. Plans include piloting at an Aurora institution in September 2022 with a network-wide rollout by 2023-24.
