IN ORDER TO PASS you need to: 1) participate actively in the group-assignment planning, writing and presenting a realistic project documentation (weight 55% of the total grade) group members will evaluate each others input within the group groups will evaluate other groups 2) hand in all in-class or home assignments on time (25%) 3) take a written multiple choice test (10%) 4) attend seminars (10%)

01 definition of a project A project is a sequence of unique, complex, and connected activities having one goal or purpose that must be completed by a specific time, within budget, and according to specification.
01 definition of a project Sequence of activities Activities (a defined pieces of work) in specified order. Order depends on technical or best practice requirements (output of one activity is input to another) Unique activities The project has never happened before and will never happen again under the same conditions. Complex activities Activities are not simple repetitive acts such as washing the car. Rather they are new, and require special skill levels, creative input, and judgement to be done effectively.

Alternatively a list of unconnected tasks that must be completed for project to be completed like painting the interior of a house.
