  2. Maintains and updates records of Officers of the Corps in relation to day-to-day administration, appointment, promotion, career development, discipline, disengagement and other related duties. Conducts manpower forecast and statistics of Officers of the Corps. Appoints Officers into positions on the job Prepares and forwards list of promotable Officers to the Management Promotion Committee (MPC). Posts and deploys Officers. Provides secretariat services for the Commission, Management, Management s Committees, Conferences, Seminars and Workshops

  3. Attainment of excellence and delivery of prompt, dependable and error free services to the Corps.

  4. To produce 2021 Compendium of Minutes of Management Meetings To produce 2020 Compendium of Commission Meetings To produce distribution of staff strength for Federal Character Commission. To provide input for 2022 Manpower Budget To generate list of promotable Officers for 2020 Promotion Exercise To deploy Officers to all LGA Station Offices

  5. Committed and dedicated staff. Effective coverage of Management meetings. Prompt conveyance of actionable items to addresses. Generation and protection of Officers data. Timely delivery of assigned task.

  6. Inadequate office space for staff and hardcopy records inform of management and committee files, staff personal files and other policy documents. Training and re-training of staff meet the dynamic nature of modern personnel and information management system. Functional office equipment. Utility vehicle of staff closing late.

  7. RECOMMENDATIONS Provision of a larger office space to accommodate staff and working tools of the office. Training and capacity building for staff to meet the ever growing demands of the office. Provision of functional office equipment. Deployment of a serviceable utility vehicle to cater of the welfare of staff closing late. RECOMMENDATIONS

  8. The Corps Secretary Office has been the custodian of Officers records for career progression and other relevant service documents. In addition to that, maintains and service Commission s and Management Meetings with maximum deligence and commitment.
