Management and Leadership I was the Joint registrar of Academics, Dr.MGR educational & research institute (Deemed to be university), where we designed the curriculum for 1st, 2nd and 3rd& Final MBBS. We also designed the curriculum for PG all specialities (20 departments). We also designed the curriculum for superspecility subjects Urology, plastic surgery, cardiology, pediatric surgery, neurosurgery, nephrology, gastroenterology. I was also the Head for delivering ONLINE classes during COVID time. I was instrumental in training our 300 plus faculty members on using newer platforms for taking online classes and to conduct online exams. I started my YOUTUBE channel to facilitate both the students and teachers on using various tools for educational purposes. I was the Member of Medical education unit at RRMCH, we are constantly involved in developing programs which can enrich and enforce the medical teachers to deliver their knowledge in more efficient way I was Ex-Treasurer, APPI Bangalore chapter (2016-2019), where we encouraged & supported all other medical colleges of Bangalore to conduct CME & educational workshop, skill training programs etc.. Service development I regularly take part in conducting free diabetes screening camp; where the patients will be screened and treatment to the old patients are also given at absolutely free of cost. I am a very active alumni of BM English school. Gave a motivational talk to the students of 10th standard on career opportunities & future prospects.

  8. Organization skills I successfully organized "Nudhi Sambrama kannada rajyotsava- a state festival. I was the organizing Secretary, where we invited stalwarts in the field of kannada medical literature and felicitated all of them. I was actively involved in organizing a Workshop on Basics of sleep and sleep disorders on 11th march 2014 at Rajarajeswari medical college & Hospital. I was actively involved in organizing a CME on Advances in neurosciences on 30-8-2018 at Rajarajeswari medical college & Hospital. I was actively involved in organizing a CME on Yoga: A journey to inner self on 21st June 2021 at Rajarajeswari medical college & hospital, on the occasion of International Yoga day. in the present medical college. It was done on the occasion of Professional development courses I have done Basic MET workshop from St.John's medical college, Bangalore which is a nodal centre for MCI. It is a MCI recognized course. I have done my Short course in educational methodology at RGUHS, Bangalore I have done Basic MET workshop at Karpagam faculty of medical science and research, Coimbatore Extra-curricular activities I am a violinist, I have given concerts at various well renowned places like Golden temple, Vellore, India. I have also given concerts in National television. Teaching I strongly believe that Physiology forms the foundation for the basic understanding of the principles governing the body function and a medical student as a beginner needs to understand these core concepts, so that they can apply same in understanding the derangements in the body and treat the patient more effectively. I am constantly involved in training the Medical, Dental, Nursing & Paramedical students, making them to understand these core concepts in a very simplified and interesting manner. I have learnt a lot from my students, my teachers, colleagues which has made me more stronger and refined in my teaching skills.
