Departure Processes for IF Members Traveling from Tokyo's Airports
The departure processes for IF members traveling from Narita and Haneda airports in Tokyo are outlined in detail. IF members departing from Narita will need to take a taxi to Tokyo City Air Terminal (TCAT) and transfer to a bus to Narita, while those departing from Haneda can take a direct taxi to the airport. Important instructions and timings are provided for a smooth departure experience.

Departure Process (IFs ) The departure process will follow the same transport system upon arrival. NRT: For departing flights from Narita, the IF members will need to take a taxi from the hotel to Tokyo City Air Terminal - TCAT (bus hub) and transfer to a bus to Narita. HND: For departing flights from Haneda, the IF members will take a direct taxi from the hotel to the airport. To use the taxi upon departure, you need to follow the instructions present in this document on the right and book the taxi thought the QR code. This document will be provided upon arrival at the TRANSPORT DESK. The IFs members must pass at the transport desk to get this document. For those who are already in Japan or are flying to Japan. I'm sending the document attached with this presentation. The airline check-in counter will open 2 hours and 30 minutes prior to the departure time. For those who goes to Narita you must be at T-CAT at least 4 hours and 30 min before the departure time. The travel time between T-CAT and Narita is around 60 minutes. Please, pay attention when you book your taxi. Take into consideration the total travel time from your hotel to the departure airport. 2
