Strategy 2020 Three enabling actions Gender and Diversity Gender and diversity focal points identified in National Societies who are part of regional networks Gender balance among volunteers and equal access to opportunities Build strong National Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies Decision-makers and opinion leaders are persuaded to act in the interests of vulnerable groups Identify public policies and practices that exclude based on gender or diversity.
