How to access the service Employees can call 0808 189 3195 between 9am 5pm, Mon - Fri Employees will receive expert guidance through a range of topics based on their personal circumstances A tailored care plan will be created to enable Employees to navigate their way through care smoothly, with reminders documented on what steps to take They ll be able to speak to one of our experienced care experts for emotional and practical support Our friendly care experts are available for as long as the employee needs them, whether it s for continued support throughout the care plan or just a friendly check in point.
