  3. Get the F.A.C.T.S FOCUS AUDIENCE CONTENT TRAFFIC SALES The the digital marketing objective/goal you are going to achieve. Its talks to the business problem you have and moves you closer to your overall business and marketing objectives More than age, sex, location. This talks to triggers and pain points that are associated to your Focus. It helps keep your human at the centre of what you do. You need to be clear on the content that is required to achieve your focus objective. Is content needed for the primary marketing or to help nurture a lead/sale. Map it out so you know. Traffic without purpose or strategy is as good as no traffic as all. You need to drive relevant humans to your business. Decide how you will do this and through which digital channels Understand how you make sales so you know where to focus your time to get more of them and spend less money and time of getting traffic.
