Small Groups: The Why Connection/Relationship Building Closing the back door of the church Variety of ways to make connections We want people to be Rooted in the Word of hope and with others who hold to this hope We re likely already doing some small group activities
Small Groups: The What Not a single program but a variety of types of small groups Bible discussion fellowship (Root) (connect) community service (service) Flexibility for groups to schedule times and meeting places Primarily member-led + from the bottom up ministry
Small Groups: The How Small groups will be posted on a bulletin board in the gathering area You can submit your own idea for a small group by filling out a template form that will be emailed to you The council will review requests and post them Small groups will soon also be posted online - either on the website or through a new app we re developing
