Meet our Founders He ike ana ia i ka pono. Blossom Feiteira Kehaulani Filimoeatu -Mary Kawena Pukui- It is a recognizing of the right thing. Hawaiian Community Assets was founded by long-time Maui housing advocates, Blossom Feiteira and Kehaulani Filimoeatu. Together, with Hawai i Community Lending, Hawaiian Community Assets implements a unique, holistic approach to helping families achieve and sustain permanent housing. Named Kahua Waiwai, meaning Foundation for Wealth .

Ala-Carte option is also available, in which an HCA trained personnel conducts the lessons of your organizations, entities choice and delivers directly to your respective clients and/or personnel.
