Randomized Phase 3 Trial of Blinatumomab vs. Chemotherapy as Post-Reinduction Therapy in High and Intermediate Risk First Relapse of B-ALL in Children and AYAs. Detailed analysis of superior efficacy and tolerability of Blinatumomab in comparison to standard chemotherapy, as shown in the COG study AALL1331.
