Issue with BD250 test results, 10/24/24 Reason for test: This was to test whether the PC testing issue was due to the laptop being used. Test unit: BD250, firmware version 2.01. SN: 004335217 PC: Cyberpower Gaming PC Battery: Duracell DURA12-18NB 12V 18Ah, Pb type Battery ID: 25-00 (brand new battery) Battery confirmed fully charged Test conditions (recommended by Lily at SkyRC): 4A constant current 10.8V discharge end voltage (1.8V per cell) Results: Using PC software (refer to the PC graph on the page 3) Test time : 04:18:20 Capacity: 17.133 Ah This test matches the unit only testing. Issue was with laptop (assumed inadequate power from USB port). Comparison between Unit and PC testing Battery 25-00 Desktop 4A data

Issue with BD250 test results, 10/23/24 Reason for test: requested by SkyRC to debug issue Test unit: BD250, firmware version 2.01. SN: 004335217 PC: Lenovo IdeaPad Battery: Duracell DURA12-18NB 12V 18Ah, Pb type Battery ID: 25-00 (brand new battery) Battery confirmed fully charged Test conditions (recommended by Lily at SkyRC): 4A constant current 10.8V discharge end voltage (1.8V per cell) Results: Using BD250 digital display (not PC software. Refer to volts vs time table page 2) Test time: 4 hours, 25 minutes Capacity: 17790 mAh (17.79 Ah) Note that the battery does reach 10.8V discharge voltage at the end of the test Using PC software (refer to the PC graph on the page 3) Test time : 21seconds Capacity: 20 mAh Note that the battery does not reach 10.8V discharge voltage at the end of the test, but only drains down to 12.65V at end of test. Question: The BD250 digital display test appears valid. Why does the PC software test terminate so quickly with invalid results?
