Agree/Disagree Geometry Definitions
Through any two points there is exactly one line is a postulate of geometry.
Two lines that do not intersect is a precise definition of parallel lines.
A point in geometry is a defined term that has both depth and direction.
Perpendicular lines are two distinct coplanar lines that intersect at right angles.
Points, lines and planes are all undefined terms in geometry.
Coplanar points are two or more points that lie in two or more distinct planes.
A ray is part of a line that has two endpoints.
Two opposite rays on the same plane define a line.
A circle consist of all points on a plane that are equidistant to a center point.
A defined term in geometry is a term that can be described using known words such as point or line.
A segment is part of a line that consist of one endpoint and all points on that line.
A plane is an undefined term that has two dimensions.
If two lines intersect, then they intersect in exactly one point is a theorem in geometry.
Points that are on the same line are called collinear points.
An angle is formed by two distinct rays that share a common endpoint.
