Provisional Special Education Licensure Provisional Special Education Licensure Pathway for educators seeking to add a special education endorsement to their license. Allows educators to teach in a special education classroom with a provisional endorsement, valid for three years while pursuing the relevant endorsement During the three-year validity period of the endorsement, educators must complete a preparation program and submit qualifying scores on the required professional assessments
