Guidance for students in selecting courses for the academic year, including finding transcripts, logging into Focus, and selecting courses in various academies.   4. Transcripts You have been given a copy of your transcript Check deficits sign up for those classes for next year!! *Fine arts may have been met, even if it says they haven t been met just check!* *Pay no attention to deficits for electives just make sure you will hit 24 credits by graduation*

Pick Your Academy Engineering must already be placed in Engineering Business Intro to Info Tech, Digital Design, Web Design, Accounting and Cyber Security Performing Arts Theater, Art, Music, Chorus Academic Scholar advanced courses, AVID, BioMed You must pick one, but can take classes in multiple academies (ex. You can take Digital Design and Theater)

  7. English Graduation Req. - 4 credits English 1 (regular or honors) As and Bs English 2 Honors Cs or Below English 2 English 3 As and Bs English 4 Honors Cs or Below English 4 PERT >106 English 4: College Prep English 2 As and Bs English 3 Honors Cs or Below English 3 English 3 Honors As AP Literature As and Bs English 4 Honors Cs or Below English 4 PERT < 106 English 4: College Prep English 2 Honors As and Bs English 3 H or AP Language Cs or Below English 3 AP Language As and Bs AP Literature Cs or Below English 4 or English 4 H Composition I and II may be taken through Dual Enrollment if all other criteria have been met. Please speak to your Guidance Counselor to figure out how to qualify for Dual Enrollment classes.

Group papers and presentations you must be willing to work with others! Very little homework An AP class without a ton of homework .yes! You work with your classmates at school Research projects based on current interests you choose the topics for your biggest projects! 4 AP EXAMS PASSED + SEMINAR(11TH) + RESEARCH(12TH) = CAPSTONE DIPLOMA
