Why Plantation Youth Why Plantation Youth Caretaking the site from Summer of 2021 from Ladies FC Invested 6.5k on pitch maintenance, goals and repairs Continued to provide access to the community and 5 other clubs including Debden FC and Ladies Netball Proven track record with running Herbert s Farm Established usage but looking to expand Engagement with local Crabtree community commenced Clear way forward to maintain and improve the facilities

Crabtrees Crabtrees Financial Look Ahead Financial Look Ahead Expenses Cost Income Revenues Utilities 5,000 MUGA Hire (based on 8 hrs a week, 40 weeks a year 6,400 General Maintenance / Pitch 3,000 Pitch Hire (10 matches at 50) 500 Licence / insurance 1,000 TeaBar (30 matches taking 30) 900 Pavilion Bar - estimate 2,000 Total 9,000 Total 9,800 Plantation currently have further funds to invest pending on lease approval Plantation Youth take approx. 16,000 in annual subscriptions Expenditure of 10.5k on kit, referees, training venue hire 5.5k that can be reinvested into Crabtrees Potential saving of approx. 4k in venue hire fees if the MUGA is upgraded.
