Integration of Geographies and Areal Classifications as Linked Open Data A Grant application on Merging statistics and geospatial information program has been/is to be applied today Integration of Geographies and Areal Classifications as Linked Open Data If not funded, a part of the work has to be done anyway Plan the architecture of identifiers and implementing it Unique identifiers for geographies Unique identifiers for areal classifications (used as statistical areas) Create an onthology to utilise classifications with the corresponding geographies If funded, we are able to carry out several implementations on Linked Open Data UNECE Workshop on Integrating Geospatial and Statistical Standards in Stockholm on 6-8 November.
