Exploration, drilling, refining, and transportation costs in the petroleum industry were discussed at the SPC Petroleum Workshop in Suva, Fiji. The workshop also covered onshore costs, duties, operating costs, and return on capital employed. Participants shared PICTs experiences on fuel facilities, product ownership, transportation routes, and relationships with suppliers. Training objectives focused on understanding current status, setting goals, and establishing support systems.
