EB-5 VISA EB-5 Investors must invest in new commercial enterprise For-profit activity Sole proprietorship Partnership Holding company and its wholly owned subsidiaries Joint venture Corporation Business trust LLC Create full time positions for at least 10 qualifying employees Minimum investment amount: $1,050,000 Targeted employment area (rural/high unemployment): $800,000 Regional Centers: involved with promoting economic growth Investors may engage in infrastructure project administered by government agency

E-2 VISA Classification applies to countries that maintain certain treaties with the US Can be admitted to the US under this visa when investing a substantial amount of capital in a US business To qualify: Citizen of country with US treaty Have invested or actively investing substantial amount of capital in a US business Seeking entry solely for the purpose of developing investment opportunities Investor or employee of investor eligible if qualifications met Same nationality Maximum of 2 years stay Dependents may be eligible to apply under this visa

L-1 VISA Employment visa Qualification: L-1A: managerial or executive positions in a company located outside the US Employed for one continuous year within three years prior to admission to US Seeking admission solely for executive or managerial capacity in same company Must establish a physical location for new US office L-1B: employee transferring to a position requiring specialized knowledge Employed for one continuous year within three years prior to admission to US Seeking admission solely to provide services in the specialized knowledge capacity in same company

EMPLOYMENT SPONSORSHIP EB-1 Visa: priority workers, extraordinary ability EB-2 Visa: advanced degrees or exceptional ability National Interest Waiver: endeavor s national importance, well-positioned to advance the endeavor, and beneficial to the US to waive EB-3 Visa: skilled workers/skilled labor EB-4 Visa: special immigrants Religious workers; Certain physicians Dependents can apply under same visa once employee reaches front of the line
