BIOPAMA Action Component aims to improve biodiversity conservation in priority areas by funding on-ground actions, enhancing management of Conserved Areas, strengthening legal frameworks, and supporting local communities. With a budget of 21 million Euros, the initiative covers 79 ACP countries/6 regions and offers various types of grants based on project scale and duration. Diagnostic tools such as management and governance assessments, strategic documents, and validated studies guide proposal development and action prioritization.
