Much of our focus is on Covid-19 County Council has set up a whole hierarchy of groups to deal with the many effects and implications, lots of housing partners are on many of these groups Housing Board approach was to use our existing networks to gather input, views, feedback and identify issues Continue to helping partners work together, keep aware of each others issues and good practice Draw in new board members to fortnightly online meetings e.g. drugs and alcohol team, public health, mental health, CCG etc

Chair: Sarah Burton Cambridge covid group Chair: James McWilliams Fortnighly FDC covid group: Chair Sarah Gove HDC covid groups1: chair Jon Collen SCDC: no specific homelessness group PCC has 3 covid groups West Suffolk Weekly Corporate Business Continuity group includes housing Weekly Safer off the streets covid group With FDC, Ferry Project and CGL Suffolk-wide weekly housing Group for Covid. Includes social care, police, probation & CRC, CCG, D&B s, CYPS Regular meeting with temp accom providers & P3 (Street Outreach). Sanctuary Housing, P3 Floating Support, Rosmini Centre, DWP, GPs, churches, foodbank, Early hlep team, family workers, police, drug & alcohol service, christians against poverty CGL, Wintercomfort, Riverside Housing, Cyrenians, ITAC, CCHP, Jimmy's, Police, Cambridge Access Surgery, County Council, NHS, P3, CPFT, Addenbrooke's Weekly Rough Sleeper Rest Centre Taskforce Daily rest centre management team meeting to discuss ongoing operations

Housing enablers alert to slow downs on site / picking up again H4C&P via Karen providing feedback on effect on development rates etc Strengthening links to health and care partners Housing Related Support forum providing feedback on effect of Covid on support, and needs presenting New homes & communities Homes for wellbeing Housing need & homelessness Existing homes Covid for HMOs booklet (Like to investigate poor housing conditions and Covid-19 outcomes) Monitoring rough sleepers in hotels Registering with GPs PWNRTPF Allocations policy & survey of lettings / voids

Would it help to add something across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, in addition to local authority links? Want to adopt the Making Every Adult Matter i.e. person-centred approach which means working across partnerships to build shared recovery plans for all aspects of housing and covid
