Celebration Event by Leeds Community Healthcare Trust - Join Us for NHS People Promise
Leeds Community Healthcare Trust invites 3rd sector organizations to join their Celebration Event on Thursday, 25th April 2024 at Pudsey Civic Hall. The event focuses on the NHS People Promise and collaboration with partners to meet community needs. Organizations can be stallholders to promote their work and explore potential partnerships with LCH specialist services. Register interest by Thursday, 28th March 2024, via email to Senioropsteam@nhs.net. The event showcases a range of healthcare services provided by LCH to support diverse patient needs, including mental health, respiratory, cardiac, dental, and more.

The theme of the event is the NHS People Promise and partnership working with 3rd Sector organisations and other partners.
Would you like to join us on the day ? Would you like to join us on the day ? Be a stallholder to promote your organisation ? Would you like to make links and develop connections with LCH specialist services, explore potential for working together to better reach and meet diverse communities needs and promote your organisation? If so, we are inviting 3rdsector organisations to express interest in having a stall and participating in our celebrationevent. Ideally, we would like you to join us for the whole day, to hear about the work that we have in place currently. You will be notified the following week, if you have been successful.
Our Services are: Our Services are: Liaison & Diversion Sexual Health Service Gynaecology Services Respiratory Cardiac CIVAS TB HHIT Covid Rehab Neurology Speech & Language Service Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service Diabetes Dietetics- Tier 3 Weight Management Service Podiatry Dental MSK Leeds Community Pain Service to support patients at court and soon after release from prison for patients who require contraception advice and support for patients with gynaecological issues for patients with respiratory illness for patients with cardiac problems for patients who required medication at home soon after discharge for patients diagnosed with tuberculosis for patients who are homeless and frail for patients with covid symptoms for patients with Multiple sclerosis, stroke, cerebral palsy and brain disorders for patients with swallowing and communications problems for patients with mental health issues for patients with type 2 diabetes Diet advice and support for patients who are overweight and obese for foot wounds and foot pain dental for patients with pain in neck, back, shoulder, etc for patients with long term pain disorder
