  3. This style works well in a crisis, when a task must be completed quickly. However, you'll likely demoralize, demotivate and aggravate people if you use it all the time. You might miss out on new ideas and creativity from your team.

  4. Score 21-27pts YOU WORK TOGETHER, SHARING IDEAS, SUGGESTIONS AND SOLUTIONS WITHIN YOUR TEAM BUT HAVE THE FINAL SAY, AS THE LEADER! YOU LEAN TOWARD A COLLABORATION STYLE OF LEADERSHIP.

  5. This style can build trust between you and your team, as they'll likely feel engaged and valued. This style is difficult in a high-pressure situation that requires a fast turnaround, as it will slow you down. If there is disagreement, you might struggle with how your team responds.

  6. Score 28-36 pts. YOU GIVE YOUR TEAM FULL TRUST IN DECISION MAKING ABILITIES. YOUR DEFAULT LEADERSHIP STYLE IS PROBABLY DELEGATING"
